The purpose of Fresh Start is to empower Christian leaders by providing effective assessment tools and strategic coaching so that effective ministry will result from wise and Biblical decisions. Fresh Start designs assessment instruments and trains pastors and denominational leaders in the effective use of these tools. Fresh Start provides a consulting service to local churches and pastors to aid them in developing strategic plans for turning declining churches into healthy growing churches.
